How do I tour available suites?

How does parking work?

  • For tenants, we have two lots available. Spaces range from $90-$100/mo

  • For clients, we have our south parking lot that is connected to the building that clients can use a code to pay for parking Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM at the kiosk. You receive the code upon move-in.

Is the building handicap accessible?

  • Yes, our building is handicap accessible through our south lot doors located on the James St. side of the building

Can I gain access to the roof?

  • There is no roof access to the public

What internet providers are able to provide service in the building?

  • Pogozone, Centurylink, Comcast and Xfinity

What is your response to Covid-19?

  • Our top priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our tenants and staff. We are diligently following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to appropriately respond to the COVID-19 public health threat. We are also actively monitoring recommendations by local health officials and the Whatcom County Health Department.

  • To promote the health and safety of our tenants and staff, please note the following:​

    • Please do not visit our building if you are sick.  Please sanitize your hands before or upon entering the building

    • There are hand sanitizers located at each entrance and every floor

  • Staff will practice social distancing and follow government guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing common areas.
